The terms and conditions set out below are the conditions on which we shall sell any product(s) to you. Proceeding any further and/or placing an order on this website indicates that you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by them, please do not use this website.

Product
All products are subject to availability.
We shall make every effort to provide accurate product information and description on our website. However, there might be variations between these and the product you receive due to the difference in the display of colours on your monitor and/or with your understanding of texture and pigments.
All product sizes and measurement guides given are approximate.
We only sell products that have clear instructions written in English language. If any quality issue arises due to incorrect application, we will not be liable.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us and subject to availability. We are entitled to refuse any order made by you for any reason.

Payment & Prices
All prices are quoted in AUD Australian Dollars. This will be automatically converted to your local currency upon checking out via Paypal.
You can make payments for your order(s) using Paypal. By making payment using this method, you confirm that you are an authorised user of this card.
If there are any issues with payment validation and/or authorisation, it is your responsibility to contact your card issuer to resolve the problem.
Prices are subject to change without notice but not on orders we have already accepted.
Online Security
Orders can only be placed via our website, we do not accept orders via post or phone calls for security reasons. Once you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email – if you do not receive this email please contact us to confirm your order is being processed by us
Shipping costs
Local Shipping (Australia): $10 flat fee. Express Australia Post tracked satchel
International Shipping: $20 flat fee. Registered international post with tracking. Hard box parcel.
Free shipping is available on ALL orders over $AUD80.
Delivery times
Local Shipping (Australia): 5-7 business days
International Shipping: 12-20 business days (travel time varies depending on your location)
Most delivery delays are due to your providing inaccurate postal address, unavoidable customs checks or because no one is home to sign for the delivery.
Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
Taxes & Duties
Local Shipping (Australia): Prices for products on this website are inclusive of GST.
International Shipping: Prices for product on this website are not inclusive of local tariffs, taxes and duties. You will be responsible for any additional local taxes and fees incurred from your purchase on this website.
Promotions
Coupons are not transferable. One voucher is available per email address.
Applicable discount codes must be used at the time of ordering – we will not refund retrospectively.
QC Makeup Academy students are eligible for 20% off the entire store. A coupon applies. You will need to contact us for details. This coupon code is not transferable.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, please advise us within 14 working days commencing from the day after delivery. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging and for hygiene reasons – unused and untested. Please quote your order reference when you return your item. You can exercise your right to return by emailing us at contact@williamspromakeup.com or using our online contact form.
Please note you are liable and responsible for all return shipping costs.
Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify us from all claims, liability, damages, losses, legal costs, any other expenses arising out of any breach of these conditions by you or the use of this website by you or any other person using your account details.
Liability
If we fail to deliver your order correctly, in full and without manufacture fault, our liability will be to refund you the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for negligence of local delivery providers or failure to collect your shipment.
We shall not be liable to you for any losses suffered in revenues, profits, business or anticipated savings, damage to or loss of goodwill, opportunity, reputation, data or indirect economic losses incurred by you arising out of the subject of these conditions.
We shall not be liable for any events arising from outside of our control, failure to perform, or delay in performance of our website.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaching these conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products.
These conditions do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence or any liability due to our fraud.
Nothing herein shall affect your statutory rights.
